Log data

To improve our products and services, we collect data and information called Log Data. This log data contains non-personal information as previously described, and may also include, the application configuration when using our service, the time and date of application usage, and other statistics.

Advertising Partners

Our advertising partners declare they can collect and share the following information: a. IP address - Collects device's IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device.

b. User product interactions - Collects user product interactions and interaction information, including app launch, taps, video views, in app purchase.

c. Diagnostic information - Collects information related to the performance of your app and the SDK, including crash logs, app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage.

d. Device and Account identifiers - Collects Android advertising (ad) ID, app set ID, and, if applicable, other identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device.

e. Android ad ID collection is optional. The ad ID can be reset or deleted by users using ad ID controls in the Android settings menu.

Self-shared content when using apps

You are responsible for the information you share with other users or people, we cannot control the actions of the users with whom you share your information. We cannot and do not control the information you share with other users using the apps.

Links to other sites

Our apps may contain links to other websites. If you click on a third party link, you will be taken to that site. Please note that these external websites are not operated by us. Therefore, we recommend that you review the Privacy Policy of these sites. We have no control and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third party websites or services.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not intended for children under 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary action.

Restriction on Use

You may not decompile, “reverse-engineer”, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of this Software Product.

Restriction on Alteration and Copy

You may not modify this Software Product or create any derivative work of the Software Product or its accompanying documentation. You may not alter any files or libraries in any portion of this Software Product.

You may not copy any part of this Software Product.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Carvalho Apps, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, WILL NOT IN ANY WAY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT .Carvalho Apps, PROVIDES THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AS IS AND HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.
